technology (ICT). We identify how ICT can help companies
grow their business, develop business cases, specify
functional requirements for new systems, and manage
procurement of IT and telecoms products and services.
We also manage ICT projects, and help organisations
to manage business change associated with them and realise
planned benefits.
We have:
• Worked with the Department of Communities and
Local Government to migrate over 250 applications to
a new desktop infrastructure;
• Helped the Ministry of Research and Technology
connect universities in Romania to the Internet;
• Specified the telecommunications requirements
of the European HQ of Morgan Stanley International;
• Identified how ICT could help tens of small
businesses in Lincolnshire to grow.
